Agreement To These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Travel Horizon USA LLC websites, quote services, payment pages, phone support, email support, and travel booking assistance. By requesting, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Independent Travel Agency Disclosure
Travel Horizon USA LLC is an independent travel booking and assistance company. We are not an airline, airport, hotel, cruise line, government authority, or official website for any travel supplier. Supplier names, trademarks, logos, and brands are used only for identification of available or requested travel services.
Quotes, Availability, And Pricing
- Travel prices, routes, schedules, seats, rooms, cabins, taxes, fees, baggage charges, resort fees, supplier service charges, and availability can change until the supplier confirms the booking.
- We aim to disclose the total amount you authorize us or a supplier to charge before purchase, including known taxes, supplier fees, and Travel Horizon USA service fees.
- Some optional costs, such as baggage, seat selection, onboard purchases, resort fees, local taxes, parking, gratuities, travel insurance, and supplier change fees, may be charged separately by the supplier.
- A quote is not a confirmed booking unless payment has been accepted and confirmation details have been issued.
Payments
- Payments are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- You authorize the disclosed payment amount when you submit payment information or approve a payment link.
- Secure card entry may be handled by a hosted payment processor. We do not ask you to enter card details on a non-HTTPS page.
- A payment may include supplier charges, taxes, fees, and Travel Horizon USA service fees as disclosed before purchase.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Review all names, dates, destinations, airports, flight numbers, cruise ports, hotels, and package details before approving purchase.
- Carry valid passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination records, entry authorizations, and any other required documents.
- Meet supplier check-in deadlines, baggage rules, health rules, age rules, and destination entry requirements.
- Monitor travel advisories, weather, schedule changes, and supplier communications.
Cancellations, Changes, Refunds, And Credits
All cancellations, changes, refunds, credits, and exchanges are subject to the rules of the travel supplier and any Travel Horizon USA service fees disclosed before purchase. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for more detail.
Limitation Of Responsibility
We arrange travel services provided by independent suppliers. We are not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, overbooking, lost baggage, weather events, labor actions, government actions, health events, or other events outside our direct control.
No Guaranteed Outcome
When we help with refunds, credits, changes, seat requests, special requests, or supplier disputes, we will make reasonable efforts on your behalf. Final approval remains with the relevant supplier or payment provider.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
