Supplier Rules Control Refund Eligibility
Travel Horizon USA LLC acts as an independent travel booking and assistance company. Refund eligibility is primarily determined by the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, insurance provider, or other supplier attached to the booking.
Many discounted, promotional, basic economy, group, cruise, vacation package, and last-minute fares may be non-refundable or may allow only a credit subject to supplier rules.
Travel Horizon USA Service Fees
Service, planning, consultation, booking, ticketing, change, cancellation, research, and agency processing fees charged by Travel Horizon USA are generally non-refundable once work has begun or a booking request has been processed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund Request Process
- Contact us at concierge@travelhorizonusa.com or +1 (888) 385-0753 with your booking reference, traveler name, travel date, and reason for the refund request.
- We review the supplier fare rules and submit eligible requests to the supplier or payment processor where applicable.
- We will share supplier responses and any available refund, travel credit, voucher, or exchange option.
Processing Times
If a supplier approves a refund, timing depends on the supplier, card issuer, payment network, bank, and any fraud or manual review. Refunds commonly take several business days to several weeks after supplier approval. Cruise, package, group, and international supplier refunds may take longer.
Partial Refunds And Deductions
Approved refunds may be reduced by supplier penalties, used travel segments, no-show penalties, non-refundable taxes or fees, payment processor fees, exchange-rate differences, or previously disclosed agency fees.
Chargebacks And Duplicate Requests
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can review supplier rules and transaction records. A chargeback may delay supplier refund review and can result in additional documentation requests.
Travel Protection
We recommend considering travel protection or insurance where available. Insurance benefits are determined by the insurance provider and policy terms, not by Travel Horizon USA.
